IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION FOR SHAREHOLDERS

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued a Circular on 21st April, 2011 stating that the service of documents by a Company can be made through electronic mode. This circular has been issued in pursuance of Green Initiative in the Corporate Governance taken by MCA.
In terms of the enabling provisions of the above circulars, the Company is desirous of effecting electronic delivery of documents including Notice of the Annual General Meeting and Annual Reports etc to you on an email ID to be registered by you for this purpose. These documents will be sent to those shareholders who will provide their email IDs unless they exercise their option to receive them in physical form.
Those who are holding shares in electronic mode are requested to register their email ID with their respective Depository Participants. However, those who intend to receive the above documents in physical form, please exercise their option as early as possible by visiting the following Web Page of our Registrars.

Those of you who hold shares in physical form are requested to intimate their email ID to the Companya�?s Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTA) by visiting the following web page and register their email IDs and also exercise their option, if they intend to receive the documents in physical form.
